Wagner having an MRI on Forearm

It seems Billy Wagner is having a second MRI done on his left forearm after blowing another save. Wagner believes he has just a strain.

Could it be another torn ulner ligament in the elbow? Remember Huddy thought he had just a strain in the forearm and it turned out to be the ulner ligament torn.

John Maine has been put on the DL with a strain in the shoulder.

I don't know about you all but it just seems alot of pitchers are going on the DL with arm and shoulder injuries this year.

certainly seems that way, doesn't it? Not sure what to make of Wags elbow...it could explain his 7 blown saves this year. Or it could just be he's getting old...fast. Maine is the most frustrating since he finally seemed to be putting it back together like he was in 2006. When he's right, he's a legit 2 on any staff. Hopefully he comes back quick.

Well, Billy Wagner has been placed on the DL with a strained forearm. Remember that is what Huddy thought he had until he had his MRI and it revealed the news.

Maine going on the DL, that is a little bit of a surprise. It happens to the best of teams.

Maybe MLB should hire Dr. Andrews. It seems every ball player goes and sees him when they have a serious ailment.

I guess any of the major sports should just put this guy on their payroll. I am wondering seriously, someone help me with this, did he do Hammy's 1st TJ surgery or did someone else do it? I am wondering if Dr. Andrews had done it, if he hadn't done it, if we wouldn't have gotten him back alot sooner. Look at Gonzo, he is back and he is looking good with no problems.
