Rented my hotel room and got 3 tickets for Saturday's Game against the Giants, Field Level Seats, Section 121 4th from the field. Braves side of the field. Close enough to get foul balls and balls hit foul and the last out they throw into the stands.

I am getting stoked up for it. Graduation is 1 WEEK AWAY. I am starting to get nervous.

5 Days and counting til the BIG DAY and wouldn't you know it, I end up getting sick. UGH!!!!!

Thankfully I am on medication for it. Good thing I went when I did or it would probably been in the hospital with a kidney infection instead of walking on Graduation day.

I will post pictures after graduation. Most of my family will be there.

Got back today from my trip to Atlanta. What a hotel I stayed at. It was like a efficiency apartment with a 42 inch flat screen Hi Def Flat Screen TV. SWEET. Even tried to figure out how to get it out of the hotel. Definitely will be staying there again. Went to Stone Mountain on Friday then Dave and Busters that night.

Then went to the game on Saturday night. Came close to being hit with a couple of foul ball and I MEAN CLOSE. Try like 5 seats from where I was sitting and one seat from where my nephew was. Another one was right over our heads. We were 4 rows from the field, perfect view of right field and home plate.

Then the real fun began, after we left the stadium. OH MY GOD. Major road construction. 4 on ramps to I-85 were closed and we went through downtown Atlanta to get to an on ramp through so many roads it was unreal and it took almost 2 hours before we got back to the hotel. Then on top of that, we witnessed a high speed pursuit go flying and I mean flying by us on I-85 at over speed, I estimate, 100 mph. The car almost hit us if my sister had not just changed lanes a few seconds before the car went flying by us followed by the police with blue lights going.

Another fun weekend in A-Town.

Definitely had fun. They definitely need to figure out a better route to get back to I-85 or make the detour signs a little more noticeable and put them where drivers can see them earlier so they can get over. We would get right up there then have to work the car into the other lane.

Traffic once on the interstate wasn't bad at all considering the Braves and Falcons were both in town and playing. By the way BN, Hammy had a good game. Saw him up close. HAHAHAHA. He pitched very good and even had a base hit.

There was a guy two rows in front of us, from about 5:30 til after the 7th inning, when beer sales stopped, he was drinking. I counted at least 10 bottles of beer, it could have been more. Whether it was the beer guys coming to sell it or him getting up to get it, he wasn't with out one in his hand. You are talking about 6.75 a bottle. That is almost 70 dollars in beer, he could have gone out and bought several and I mean several 12 packs of beer for what he was spending on 1 bottle of beer. Let's hope he wasn't driving. All I know he wouldn't have passed a field sobriety test if he was stopped.

Definitely will be going back next year. Even thought about trying to getting a job as security at Turner Field. Now that would be a dream job.
